When you make a purchase on www.carcel.co, you accept the terms and conditions below.

2. Placing an order
To make a purchase on www.carcel.co, you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian.
If you are under the age of 18 and you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, Carcel Aps disclaims all responsibility, as it is stated above that the purchaser must be 18 years of age or have a parent’s or a legal guardian’s consent to make a purchase on www.carcel.co.
When you place an order at www.carcel.co, you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. Carcel Aps stores your information in accordance with our personal data policy.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation. when we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and Carcel Aps. For your information, the order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final before you have received an invoice from us. Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.
3. Prices & payment
When shopping at www.carcel.co you will get information about the price in total including delivery costs before you reach the final confirmation. All prices indicated on www.carcel.co are inclusive VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices.
You can use the following payment methods when shopping on ww.carcel.co: Credit card and Google Pay, PayPal. We receive the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
If we suspect a fraud payment then we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for personal picture ID together with the last four digits on the creditcard used for the payment. All your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. Your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.
4. Delivery
We use DHL and GLS as courier to ship your parcel. We deliver parcels to your home address.
Delivery to a private address
Please note that if you permit it to be placed somewhere, Carcel Aps disclaims all responsibility in regards to a possible loss or damage. If you did not fill out the note on where to leave it and you are not home at the time of arrival, it will be left in a parcel shop or a depot near you.
At the moment we ship to the following countries:
- Europe - delivery time 1- 4 days
- Norway - delivery time 1-4 days
- UK - delivery time 1-4 days

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track and trace link that you can use to track your package. You can view the status of your package on www.gls-group.eu.We only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.
5. Returns
We offer 30-day free returns (Euroupe only) on all orders. To return an order fill our the return note and use the prepaid return label.Drop of your parcel at your local post office. The money will be refunded to the card used when ordering. Unfortunately, we can not exchange to a different size or style.
Outside Europe please return to our warehouse address:
Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording - Denmark.
Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to neither return nor exchange your product in physical stores.
Return process:
Please note that it can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.
When you return a parcel to us, your parcel has some extra stops at an external warehouse before we receive it:
Step 1: Up to one week of transit from when you hand in your parcel at a post office until it arrives at an external warehouse
Step 2: Up to two weeks of transit from when your parcel leaves the external warehouse until it arrives at Carcel’s warehouse.
Step 3: We will refund your return no later than one week after we have received your parcel at our own warehouse in Denmark.
Please note that you are liable for any decrease in value, if you have tested or used the product in other ways than those usually allowed in-store. When we receive the product, we will assess the condition and refund you the amount we find corresponding to the item’s condition.
6. Your rights as a customer
According to Danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.
If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months.
If your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at hey@carcel.co as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim.
If we assess the claim to be justified, we will refund any costs you may have had in regards to sending back the product to us.
In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your own account.
We recommend you to send the product safely and to get a receipt. the responsibility for the package lies with you, until we have received it.
It is therefore advisable to save a receipt with the shipping charges and a track and trace number, if possible.
7. Disclaimer of liability
Carcel Aps does not make any warranties in regards to the accuracy of the information on the website and neither has no liability if products are sold out. That said, we do, naturally, attempt to make the content and material on the website correct, up to date and in compliance with respective laws. If you find any information to be irregular, you are always welcome to contact us.
We can furthermore change the content on the website at any time and we are not entitled to give you preceding notice of this. We therefore suggest you to revise our terms and conditions when you use our site.
Carcel Aps is neither liable for any loss nor damage from use of the website.
8. Copyright and link to third party websites
All the elements on the website are protected by copyright and are property of Carcel Aps. The information can, therefore, only be used with permission from Carcel Aps.
If we link to a third party website, Carcel Aps cannot make any guarantees nor be held liable for the content posted on the third party website.
We merely provide the links for your utility, but if you choose to visit a third party website, it is at your own risk.
9. Personal data policy
We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our privacy data policy that explains how we use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering procedure, and your use of the website in general.
9.1 The object of our personal data policy is to explain how we collect, protect, use and store your personal information.
9.1.1 What information does Carcel collect about you?
We collect your first name and surname, postal code and city, address, e-mail, phone number and your order history.
We only use your personal information to grant you access to the products provided on www.carcel.co and to execute any orders you may place with us.
As we are required to meet the accounting legislation, we store your billing information for a period of five years from your latest order.
If you subscribe to receive our newsletter, you accept our personal data policy. remember that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
9.1.2 How does Carcel protect your information?
We respect your privacy and we take it very seriously, which is why we make various efforts to ensure your information, one of which is to store it on secure networks. We are further not able to see your payment card information, as all data are encrypted and the transactions are conducted through certified partners.
9.1.3 Does Carcel share your information with others?
The information you share with us is treated confidentially. Though, we ask you to note that we share some of your personal information with relevant third parties. To deliver your package, we provide our courier with the necessary details, here under your first name, surname, postal code, city, address, e-mail address and your phone number.
9.1.4 What does Carcel use your e-mail and phone number for?
We use your e-mail to send you a confirmation of your order and if you have signed up to receive our newsletter, you will also receive this on the e-mail address you have provided us with.
If you have chosen to pick up your package at a parcel shop, the chosen courier service will send you an e-mail and a text message when your package has arrived.
9.2 Cookies
On www.carcel.co we use cookies and by using our website, you agree that we can place cookies on your device. The reason for using cookies is to make the website as user friendly as possible and to continually improve your experience of thesite. We use cookies from Google analytics. This helps us to find out which parts of our website you visit.

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our customer service. You can contact our customer service by email or ordinary mail. You can find our contact information under "General information" above.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
You may also use the European Commission Online Complaints Register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the consumer complaints board. 11. Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any contracts concluded between us using these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
